Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industrial Electrician located in Portland, VIC. The Industrial Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components in industrial and commercial settings. Tasks include troubleshooting electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow technical plans, and collaboration with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
Expertise in Electricity and Electrical Wiring
Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance tasks
Strong Troubleshooting skills with a problem-solving mindset
Understanding of safety protocols and industry standards for electrical systems
Trade qualification as an Electrician or equivalent certification
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with industrial or commercial electrical systems is a plus
Valid electrical license and driver's license
