Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Interim HR Business Partner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to drive implementation of the HR strategy across a site, partnering with senior operational leaders to identify business-led HR solutions that deliver commercial performance.
This role requires strong HR business partnering skills, solid knowledge of employment legislation, and a proven track record as a HR generalist experience fast-paced environments. You will be responsible for participating in the implementation of the HR agenda across businesses in the UK by delivering a business-focused HR service.
About this Role:
* Drive implementation of the HR strategy across a site, partnering with senior operational leaders.
* Implement an HR business plan which aligns with business performance objectives.
* Build collaborative working relationships with COE's and Shared Service Centre.
* Build effective relationships with Unions and employee committees.
* Participate fully in key people-related change decisions.
* Play an active role in employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
* CIPD Qualified or Equivalent.
* Strong HR Business Partnering skills.
* Solid knowledge of employment legislation.
* Proven track record as a HR generalist experience fast-paced environments.
* Change management, people management, re-structuring, employee relations and recruitment expertise.
* Personal impact and relationship building skills.
* Results driven and committed to delivering HR excellence.
