We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations, driving culinary excellence and fostering a positive team environment.
Key responsibilities include managing daily kitchen operations, maintaining high-quality food production, supervising staff, monitoring stock levels, controlling costs, collaborating with F&B teams, and driving innovation to exceed guest expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-3 years' experience as an Executive Chef in hotels and restaurants
* A genuine passion for food and experience across all kitchen sections
* Ability to manage the kitchen in the executive chef's absence and train junior staff
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Attention to detail, well-presented, and high standards of cleanliness
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure while delivering a high standard
