We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Spray Painter to join our team at Wayne Davies Smash Repairs' in Myaree, Western Australia. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our respected family owned and operated smash repair business.
What you'll be doing
* Prepare and paint a variety of vehicle panels and surfaces to a high standard
* Blend and mix paint colours to achieve an exact colour match
* Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and safety protocols
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment
* Collaborate with the wider repair team to deliver exceptional customer service
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years' experience as an Automotive Spray Painter
* Outstanding knowledge of automotive paints, materials and spray-painting techniques
* Proven ability to mix and match paint colours with precision
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
* Current driver's licence and reliable transportation
