The role Full Time, Continuing Level 9 - $132,740 to $140,258 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation) Appointment to any Charles Sturt University regional campus Ready to lead and make an impact? As Manager, Portfolio Delivery, you’ll be the driving force behind project success in the Division of Information Technology (DIT). This is your opportunity to shape project management practices, lead a talented team, and deliver initiatives that matter. You’ll provide expert guidance on governance and methodologies, champion lean-agile approaches, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Beyond delivery, you’ll coach and mentor project managers, build capability, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll help set priorities, align projects with strategy, and keep quality at the heart of everything we do. About you You’re a visionary leader with deep expertise in project management and a passion for developing people and processes. You bring: Extensive experience in project management tools, techniques, and methodologies. Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor diverse teams. Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, and quality assurance. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A track record of driving continuous improvement and innovation. How did you tailor it to different projects, drive adoption, and what evidence shows improved delivery or decision quality? Tell us about a complex, enterprise-wide program you led. How did you manage competing priorities, resource allocation, and stakeholder negotiation to reach sustainable decisions—and what outcomes were achieved (include KPIs or benefits)?
