We operate a fleet of over 50 aircraft and employ a dynamic team across engineering, operations, and logistics. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-focused Master Data Officer – Aviation to support our high-performance Supply Chain team.
About the Role
Are you a systems-savvy administrator who thrives on accuracy, structure, and improvement? In this pivotal support role, you’ll help ensure our master data, reporting, and supply chain processes are rock-solid, keeping our aircraft and operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and improve master data in aviation ERP and maintenance systems (e.g. parts, vendors, materials, locations)
* Build and manage dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Work closely with Procurement, Inventory, and Maintenance teams to ensure accurate data and stock control
* Troubleshoot and resolve data/system issues for internal users
* Assist with documentation, process updates, and change management
* Support audit preparation, compliance tasks, and records management
* Provide general administrative support to the broader supply chain function
What You’ll Bring
* Proven administration experience, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or procurement
* Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data handling)
* Familiarity with ERP systems (any platform)
* High attention to detail with a methodical and structured approach
* Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate confidently with diverse teams
* Aviation or MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) experience is a bonus—but not essential
