An industry-leading national workplace rehabilitation provider is seeking a motivated Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling professional to join its vibrant team in Darwin. Serving as a Rehabilitation Consultant, the successful candidate will apply their clinical expertise to a manageable caseload, supported by Rehabilitation Assistants who handle administrative tasks. The consultant will collaborate with employers, injured workers, and medical professionals to develop injury prevention programs and implement evidence-based treatment plans. This diverse role involves working across various schemes to address psychosocial barriers and assist individuals in achieving meaningful return-to-health outcomes.
