Rate: £54.33 p/h
Hours: 40 hours per week
Hybrid – 3 days p/w in office
Overview:
At our client’s Reality Labs, we develop groundbreaking technology and products at the intersection of hardware, software, and content.
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to help create and deliver impactful work across our EMEA advertising and marketing touchpoints. The role is within Reality Labs, under Creative X — our internal global agency that drives the creative vision for our client brands and their perception in the world. Creative X Program Managers lead the development and implementation of integrated creative programs, which are outbound marketing efforts requiring close collaboration with marketers and product teams.
Role Responsibilities:

Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across Europe.
Create partnerships with International Marketers, Integrated Marketers, Channel Leads, Product Marketing Managers, internal creative teams, and external agencies.
Report directly to the International Program Lead and partner with Marketing and Creative leads for operational and creative needs across the full marketing plan.
Coordinate how creative projects fit within the wider business portfolio, considering objectives, impact, risks, and resources.
Prioritize competing needs with sound reasoning and viable solutions across multiple teams and projects.
Build and optimize systems, tools, and standards to improve creative production within the organization.
Ensure successful communication and delivery of marketing launches by coordinating the wider team.
Manage agency relationships for large-scale integrated creative campaigns in partnership with International and Integrated Marketers.
Develop and manage always-on programs outside of campaign frameworks with Channel Leads.
Oversee workflow, budgets, approvals, sourcing, procurement, and asset development under tight deadlines.
Maintain brand integrity across all deliverables, working closely with Design, Legal, and Product teams.
Mobilize the team towards progress and results by anticipating needs and removing obstacles.
Willingness to travel for key meetings or events.

Qualifications & Experience:

10+ years client-facing experience within a creative agency or in-house, in a similar role.
Experience in creative advertising across multiple channels.
Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, organizational design, and systems planning.
Experience in creative operations, setting priorities, problem-solving, multitasking, and negotiation.
Experience in creative planning, development, production, editorial, finishing, and delivery/trafficking.
Experience with major creative channels and large-scale integrated campaigns.
Experience working across EMEA markets.
Knowledge of additional creative channels, such as print, out-of-home, and experiential workstreams.
Experience with large, global tech companies.
Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Passion for new technology, specifically MR and AI.
Business fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian.
5+ years of creative advertising experience across multiple channels.
Account management experience.
Stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure in high-paced or ambiguous environments.
