The Student Recruitment and Engagement Officer is a student facing role responsible for supporting student recruitment, initial student enquiries, and the ACC admissions processes, while also delivering high quality reception and educational support services as required. The position plays a key role in promoting ACC programs, building relationships with schools and the chiropractic profession, and guiding prospective students through the enquiry to enrolment lifecycle.

* Demonstrated experience in a student facing, recruitment, admissions, or customer service role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with prospective students, schools, and professionals.
* High level of organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
* Professional presentation and commitment to high-quality service delivery.
* Competency with administrative systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience in higher education recruitment, admissions, or marketing.
* Knowledge of chiropractic education or health professional pathways.
* Experience working with schools, career advisers, or professional associations.
* Familiarity with student management or CRM systems.
Skills and Qualifications
