Senior Veterinary Nurse / Veterinary Technician (Cert IV)
We're growing — and we're looking for an exceptional, experienced GP Veterinary Nurse/Vet Tech to join our team.

The Role
You'll be working across a structured 3–4 week rotating roster, including shared weekends, in a hands‐on and varied role that includes:
Clinical Nursing
* Confident anaesthetic monitoring and patient advocacy
* Surgical preparation and theatre support
* Inpatient monitoring and hospital case management
* Laboratory sample collection and in‐house diagnostics
* Maintaining exceptional sterility and infection control standards
* Accurate and thorough medical record keeping
Nurse Consults & Client Care
* Post‐operative checks and preventative health consults
* Client education and discharge instructions
* Clear, warm and professional communication
* Supporting smooth daily workflow
Reception & Team Support
* Appointment coordination and front‐of‐house duties
* Assisting with daily workflow efficiency
* Contributing positively to team morale and clinic culture
This is a role where your skillset will be fully utilised and appreciated.
About You
* Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
* Has solid GP experience in a small animal practice
* Is highly confident monitoring anaesthesia
* Demonstrates initiative and strong clinical judgement
* Is organised, reliable and solutions‐focused
* Enjoys both the technical and client‐facing aspects of nursing
* Brings positive energy and professionalism to the team
* Experience with EzyVet is highly regarded.
* Confidence with practice management software and efficient documentation is important to us.
