Join us in our mission to empower and support local economies!About the RoleAs a Senior Associate on the ANZ International New Verticals Strategy & Operations team, your focus will be on enhancing affordability across our business lines. You will define fee and promotion strategies, lead affordability experiments, analyze data to identify trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform operational and product decisions.Your responsibilities include driving local experiments to improve order and item affordability, providing insights to merchants on pricing impacts, and supporting the rollout of new features aimed at making ordering more affordable. Regular data analysis will be essential to monitor trends, troubleshoot issues, and develop action plans. You will work closely with teams across account management, product, engineering, finance, analytics, and operations.You will report directly to the General Manager of the ANZ New Verticals division.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategize: Develop optimal pricing and fee strategies from first principles for the ANZ New Verticals business.Operate: Manage dashboards and track weekly metrics to improve affordability and execution quality.Analyze: Use Excel and SQL to evaluate costs and benefits of programs and experiments.Experiment: Design and implement operational experiments with measurable outcomes.Build: Contribute to launching new products, continuous improvement, and scaling innovative ideas.Lead and Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams including growth, design, marketing, partnerships, and product to scale the business.Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience: 2-3+ years in analytical, cross-functional environments such as tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related fields.Self-Starter: Demonstrates initiative and thrives in dynamic, fast-changing settings.Problem Solver: Skilled at synthesizing complex issues and translating high-level goals into actionable plans.Analytical: Comfortable using data to inform decisions at both strategic and operational levels.Ownership: Takes responsibility for outcomes and seeks continuous improvement.Adaptable: Embraces ambiguity and rapid change, especially in startup-like environments.Note: For NYC-based roles or remote jobs linked to NYC offices, Covey is used as part of our hiring process.
