Location and Compensation
Location - This role offers hybrid working arrangements with flexible office locations, overseeing operations across the state.
Clerk Grade: Level 7/8. Base salary $113,574 p.a. to $125,720 p.a. plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading.
Role Overview
This role supports the coordination and progression of Housing Services (HS) allocation matters in a fast‐paced operational environment. You will manage competing priorities, work closely with senior stakeholders, and ensure matters are progressed, tracked, and closed out efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor the HS Allocations mailbox, triaging requests and prioritising actions.
* Work closely with Executive Officers and Senior Project Officers to progress matters.
* Push and pull information across teams to keep matters moving and resolve issues.
* Track progress and provide clear updates to relevant teams and stakeholders.
* Engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, to influence outcomes and resolve competing priorities.
* Maintain oversight of multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
Requirements
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and follow up with senior stakeholders.
* Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and organise work across multiple competing priorities.
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience working in a high-volume operational environment with multiple moving parts.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to track and progress matters end‐to‐end.
