**Job Description**: 
We have a unique opportunity to join Toll Group in our Helicopters business as a Document Controller reporting to the Head of Aircraft Airworthiness Maintenance Control. The Document Controller will be responsible for the day to day maintenance, upkeep and control of the master library of approved data, including aircraft maintenance manuals, flight manuals, airworthiness directives and data used for modification of Toll Helicopters fleet aircraft. 
- The day to day compile of data input to the Electronic Database, in relation to aircraft and component maintenance 
- Review the Electronic Database forecasts to maintain a system of control to ensure the correct operation of the maintenance control and computer record system and software programs 
- Ensure that all 'hard copy' Airframe, Engine and C'Box Log Books and/or other History Records are correctly and accurately maintained and made available for despatch with all rotables and components forwarded for repair and overhaul 
- Maintenance of a register for receipt and acknowledge for the approved technical and regulatory data 
- Maintenance of all technical and regulatory data subscriptions and ensure their renewal in a timely manner
Review on a monthly basis of the returned publication and index report from the Toll Helicopters bases to identify any discrepancies in data amendment status and rectification of those discrepancies
**Qualifications**: 
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Must have experience in planning, scheduling, controlling and/or performing aircraft maintenance, as well as managing an engineering/maintenance workforce 
- Knowledge of aviation operations and processes inherent to aircraft maintenance including remote area helicopter operations and operation of role specific helicopters would be an advantage 
- High organisation skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities effectively under time pressures 
- Strong customer service orientation 
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills 
- Detailed knowledge of CASA regulatory requirements & processes as they pertain to the Helicorp Maintenance Control Manual, the relevant aircraft System of Maintenance and legislative framework for aircraft maintenance activities.
Relevant tertiary level qualifications in engineering &/or aviation would be an advantage
