**About the Role**
Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager, you'll oversee a mix of metro and regional stores. This is your chance to take ownership of a high-performing region, ensuring sales targets, team development, and brand standards are consistently met.
**What You'll Do**
- Lead and inspire Store Managers to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals.
- Drive recruitment, training, and succession planning to build a high-performing team.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and trends.
- Ensure all stores meet visual merchandising and operational excellence standards.
- Collaborate with Loss Prevention to control shrinkage and protect company assets.
- Monitor and optimize store expenses, rostering, and productivity.
**What You'll Bring**
- Proven experience in multi-site or regional retail management.
