Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Receivable/Collections professional to join a fast-growing business with stable revenues and recent acquisitions.
You will join a high-performing finance function and take full ownership of your own ledger.
Challenge
Reporting into the Accounts Receivable Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Generating and issuing invoices for clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing
Reconcile all claims with cash receipts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies to ensure accurate revenue reporting
Monitor all outstanding accounts, following up with clients to ensure payments are collected within organisational thresholds, and taking appropriate action for overdue accounts
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address issues related to claims and ensure smooth processing
Perform monthly reconciliations of the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and align with financial policies
Ensure all invoicing practices comply with relevant legislation and organisational guidelines, including GST compliance for tax and reporting purposes
Expertise
Please consider expressing interest if you possess the following:
2+ years of full-function accounts receivable experience with healthcare, NDIS or aged care
Strong communication skills and able to liaise confidently with key stakeholders and plan managers
Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft products, including Excel
