A background with a volume or project home builder is highly desirable, along with strong relationships with land developers or the ability to quickly build them. You must have a solid understanding of estate guidelines, overlays, setbacks and what sells in SEQ. A self-starter mindset, someone who sees opportunity and runs with it, is also required. This is a full-time, Gold Coast-based role perfect if you're local or looking to get out of the traffic.
