Financial Operations Manager Role
We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our recycling business's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Create budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
* Analyse cost structures and profitability of commercial activities.
* Provide in-depth financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Process & submit Income Tax, BAS, Payroll Tax, Workers Compensation & Superannuation returns to the ATO and various portals.
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
* Manage payroll, superannuation, and related compliance matters.
* Liaise with auditors and financial institutions as required.
