We are looking for an Administration Officer to provide vital support across multiple departments—offering a fantastic opportunity to gain broad experience, build new skills, and grow within the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Provide coverage across the Switchboard, Ward Clerk duties, and Reception as needed
- Handle incoming phone calls, mail, and visitor enquiries, directing people to the right departments
- Manage patient data, update records, and assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and reporting
- Support administrative processes across multiple teams to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
- Personable and approachable, a strong communicator who can interact confidently
- Proactive and solution-focused, able to think on your feet and resolve issues independently
- Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Previous administration experience is helpful, but not essential. If you’re a fast learner with a desire to grow, full training and ongoing support is provided to ensure your success!
