Competition and Regulatory Law Specialist
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment providing regulatory and competition law advice and support across a range of businesses.
As a specialist in this field, you will support the team in managing timelines, tracking information/data, internal and external communications, research, knowhow management and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide project management support to the Competition & Regulatory team.
* Assist with Sky's responses to information requests and consultations from regulators.
* Act as the primary interface with commercial partners for gathering and reviewing information/data.
* Manage timelines, trackers and reporting.
* Internal and external communications.
* Assist with competition and regulatory litigation, investigations and clearances.
* Cary out legal research.
* Contribute to the team's knowhow management activities.
* Assist with the team's competition law compliance activities.
Requirements:

* Experience in an established law firm, in-house legal team or regulator.
* Strong project management, delivery and organisational skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with others in the team, the wider business and externally.
* Appetite for learning and expanding your skills across a broad range of issues.
* Enthusiasm for Sky's business, good commercial awareness and a keen interest in new technology.
* Ability to progress matters alone, whilst knowing when to consult or seek guidance.
