Responsibilities: Design and implement strategic account plans tailored for Key Access Hire Clients. Foster and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers in targeted accounts. Seek out and develop new business opportunities within established accounts. Deliver expert knowledge of products and technical assistance to customers. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and outstanding customer service. Monitor and evaluate sales performance to highlight areas requiring improvement. Actively identify potential rental opportunities aligned with clients' operational needs. Manage a territory travelling to see customers across your region. Requirements: Strong experience and tenure in the construction, agriculture, or industrial equipment sectors, with Access Hire experience being particularly beneficial. Demonstrated success in B2B sales. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Comprehensive knowledge of the construction equipment industry and its market dynamics. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
