About the Role
This position is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered in accordance with legislative requirements, professional standards, and organizational policies.
The Care Manager will be accountable for completing reports and documentation, administering medications, monitoring clinical care plans, participating in clinical auditing, and supervising staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete reporting and documentation in line with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, professional standards, policies, and procedures
* Provide supervision and leadership to a team of healthcare professionals
* Deliver specialized nursing care
* Administer medications
* Monitor clinical care plans
* Participate in clinical auditing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Nursing
* Current AHPRA registration
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role within aged care
* National Police and NDIS clearances (or willing to obtain)
* Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations
