The Role
As Director – Building Surveying (QLD), you will:
* Lead the QLD business unit, ensuring operational, financial, and technical excellence.
* Mentor and develop senior and junior staff across multiple disciplines.
* Oversee compliance with Building Code of Australia, state legislation, and internal quality standards.
* Drive business growth through client relationship management and strategic expansion.
* Lead high-complexity projects, providing technical oversight and guidance.
* Represent the company at board and executive level, contributing to strategy and decision-making.
* Open to candidates from Gold Coast, Brisbane or Sunshine Coast
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Building Surveying, Architecture, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in building surveying or leadership/management within the building, compliance, or construction sector.
* Unrestricted accreditation and relevant industry memberships in QLD.
* Strong commercial acumen, with a proven record in financial performance and growth.
* Strategic thinker with exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
* Inspires teams to deliver technical excellence, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
