What you will be doing: Set and achieve short and long-term sales targets in collaboration with the Sales Manager Proactively prospect for recent business and develop relationships with existing clients Conduct marketing and networking activities to generate quality leads Present and explain vehicle features, options, and benefits to customers Strive to exceed the national Customer Satisfaction Index Keep customers updated on vehicle delivery status and timelines Maintain strong post-sale relationships with regular follow-up and communication Ensure sold vehicles are ready for delivery, and guide customers through paperwork and operational information Refer completed deals to Finance & Insurance (F&I;) and aftermarket teams Introduce customers to our service department, promoting the quality of our after-sales support Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and meet company quality standards

What You’ll Need to Succeed: Proven sales experience – Automotive industry experience is highly desirable A proactive, independent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude A friendly, warm, and professional personality who is punctual and trustworthy Strong communication skills to build new relationships and manage existing ones A current Heavy Duty Truck licence – advantageous but not essential
