Job Summary
This is a part-time role requiring 3 days a week of work where you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a site.
* Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians vendors and contractors.
* Perform facility inspections to ensure quality assurance following local state and federal regulations.
* Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
* Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures.
* Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance repairs and safety best practices.
* Lead by example and model behaviours that are consistent with company values.
* Identify troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience in facilities management property or related roles who is confident in stakeholder management and working collaboratively.
You should be dedicated to a customer-centric approach to all tasks enthusiastic and possess strong people skills able to think quickly on your feet and problem solve and have strong skills in Microsoft Office and FM-related software.
