About The Role
This role ensures data accuracy and process consistency within Fleet Services, overseeing QA standards, customer service quality, and team performance.
What you'll be doing
* Build strong relationships across Fleet Services and internal teams; communicate clearly to resolve issues
* Monitor and report on team performance and productivity
* Deliver service aligned with client, supplier, and business objectives
* Maintain accurate records to ensure process compliance
* Liase with Fleet Services and Fleet Managers to resolve issues derived from audits and KPI monitoring. Advise Fleet Services / Fleet Managers of actions and training needs required where appropriate.
* Work effectively within the team to ensure the department's KPI's are met whilst supporting the vision and goals of the company.
About you
* Proven coaching and team development skills
* Comfortable with Power BI
* Experience in customer service and/or supplier negotiation
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and report on progress
* Ability to resolve issues end‐to‐end in a timely and effective manner
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective listening and questioning ability
* Consistently takes responsibility for high quality, high output work, showing innovative, forward thinking and strong attention to detail
* A collaborative and engaging working style
