ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our Service Department and a key part of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greeting customers and managing service bookings
* Listening to customer concerns and accurately recording vehicle requirements
* Providing clear explanations of service and repair recommendations
* Preparing repair orders and coordinating workflow with the workshop team
* Communicating progress updates and timeframes to customers
* Processing invoices, payments, and warranty claims
* Ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met
* Building strong, long-term relationships with customers
ABOUT YOU:
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience in automotive service advising (preferred) or strong customer service experience
* Communicates confidently and professionally
* Is organised and able to multitask in a busy environment
* Thrives under pressure and enjoys problem-solving
* Has strong computer literacy
* Works collaboratively with technicians and management
* Holds a current Open Driver's Licence
