We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of local government projects from design coordination through to completion.
This is a role for someone who understands local government environments, compliance frameworks and structured reporting.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Budget control and forecasting
* Contractor procurement and performance management
* Program development and delivery
* Ensuring compliance with local government building and approval requirements
* Managing WHS, quality and environmental obligations
* Reporting to council stakeholders and funding bodies
You Will Bring
* Demonstrated experience delivering construction projects within or for Local Government
* Confident stakeholder and contractor management skills
* Ability to pass a National Police Check
