Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System, including procedures and document creation/revision.
* Manage customer concerns and corresponding corrective/preventive actions.
* Conduct investigations/internal audits and root cause analyses of Quality incidents.
* Promote the Quality Policy and measure quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A College or University degree in a Science or related program.
* Good knowledge of continuous improvement and Quality Management Systems and Internal Audit in a manufacturing environment.
* Proven teambuilding and leadership skills.
* Excellent organization and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.
