About You
* Strong track record leading performance in a high‐revenue retail store
* Commercially accountable across sales, wages, shrinkage and stock integrity
* Demonstrated leadership, coaching and performance management capability
* Experience operating within a structured, KPI‐driven business
* High standards in customer experience and operational discipline
* Ability to lead confidently through change
* Proven tenure and stability in previous roles
* Experience in furniture and homewares highly regarded
