The role of a Client Development Specialist is to drive customer growth and satisfaction through effective CRM strategies and sales support.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement customer-centric CRM programs to enhance customer relationships.

* Provide insightful reports on customer feedback/complaints to the Sales Team Lead or Management.
Requirements:
* 3 years of professional experience in Business Development.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of marketing and sales principles, fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
