Over the past 20 years, our company has established itself as a trusted partner to many locally owned businesses, local, state and federal government bodies.We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an experienced Administration Officer.
This position is crucial in ensuring the accurate and time-sensitive processing of technical data, payroll, accounts payable & receivable whilst also providing vital support assisting the Managing Director and team across general administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
This is an 'all-rounder' type of role.Role ResponsibilitiesDay to day, your tasks will include:Payroll processing, with diligence and ensuring completion within scheduled deadlines including:Reconciliations of timesheets, and running reports as required.Pay processing and uploading to Financial Software (QuickBooks & Vero)Meeting compliance and company policies whilst following procedures and accurately meeting deadlines.General administration tasks, including reception duties, phone, email correspondence and ad hoc tasks.Aiding colleagues and management as requested.Assisting with customer queries and sales administration.Data entry and report compilation.Assisting with the quality management requirementsThis is a permanent part time, long-term position, Monday to Friday, 9am – 3pm.Salary will be commensurate with experience.To be successful, you must have:Proactive and positive communication skills.The ability to quickly learn, understand and utilize software systems.
