**Job Responsibilities:**
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the Atlassian product suite to configure tools to meet business requirements, map processes, identify non-value add steps, and enhance internal processes.
- Configure Atlassian tools to meet business needs.
- Identify process improvements and re-engineer opportunities.
- Contribute to planning and implementing maintenance work in virtualised environments.
- Implement infrastructure changes and maintenance routines.
- Automate reporting dashboards within the Atlassian toolset.
- Develop and review documentation to relevant teams.
- Provide reports and proposals for improvement to specialists and managers.
**Qualifications:**
A degree in Information and Communication Technology or a related discipline, together with relevant professional experience and specialised training.
