Join our Human Resources team and help deliver responsive, high-quality HR support across the North West Hospital and Health Service (NWHHS). In this varied role, you'll oversee the management of recruitment processes, offer informed guidance on HR policies and legislation, assist staff and leaders with HR systems, and contribute to a workplace that values safety, inclusion, and ongoing improvement.
About the role
As a Human Resource Officer (Recruitment), you will deliver high quality HR services that support our people, leaders, and organisational goals. You'll play a vital role in recruitment, HR advisory, reporting, and workforce improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislation and contributing to initiatives that enhance workforce capability and organisational culture.
In this role, you will:
* Oversee recruitment processes, associated systems, and documentation for NWHHS.
* Provide comprehensive HR advice on legislation, awards, policies, and agreements.
* Assist with the delivery of HR related training, information sessions, and staff mentoring.
