About the Role
Our organization requires dedicated individuals to provide high-quality care for vulnerable young people. You will be on-call to respond to critical incidents and offer immediate support when needed.
You will deliver phone support to youth workers across residential care homes, guiding them through challenging situations and providing practical advice.
Additionally, you will drive to various care homes to assess situations and offer hands-on assistance during after-hours incidents.
Your work will focus on creating a secure environment where young people feel safe and empowered.
You will handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion, ensuring the well-being of each individual.

Requirements
* A Diploma of Youth Work or equivalent qualification is required.
* Demonstrated skills and experience in youth services are necessary.
