Based in Taringa, Sci-Fleet Motors, a proud family‐owned business and a leader in the automotive industry, is looking for a proactive and motivated WHS Officer! If you're passionate about creating safer workplaces, this is your chance to make a real impact!
You'll be at the heart of our operations while also travelling across our South East Queensland (SEQ) sites, championing safety, supporting teams, and driving meaningful health and safety initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct site inspections and hazard identifications
* Facilitate toolbox talks and safety training
* Complete risk assessments and task analyses
* Coordinate incident reviews and investigations
* Manage rehabilitation and return‐to‐work processes
* Complete fire warden training and evacuations at nominated sites
* First aider and mental health first aider for sites
* Support updates to policies, procedures, and WHS systems
What We're Looking For:
* Cert IV in WHS (required)
* Minimum 2 years WHS experience (automotive, industrial, or manufacturing preferred)
* Current QLD Driver's Licence and own vehicle (kms reimbursed)
* Strong communication, problem‐solving, and organisational skills
* Proactive, self‐driven, and able to work independently
