* Lead planting and garden establishment works
* Supervise small crews on site
* Ensure plant health, soil preparation, and layout standards
* Maintain high presentation and safety standards
Requirements
* Certificate V in Horticulture (essential)
* Proven experience in large-scale planting & landscape environments
* Ability to lead and guide a small team
* White Card
* Driver's licence
