As an individual deeply rooted within the local community, you will establish your own business under the LG brand, offering autonomy to meet agreement criteria while being supported by the head office team.

The two key pillars in this role are Care Management; ensuring clients receive exceptional support and Business Development; growing LG presence in the Geraldton and surrounding region.
Key responsibilities include building local networks with care partners for referral purposes, identifying and implementing local business development opportunities, engaging, educating, and converting client leads and prospects, providing expert care management and service coordination, forming your own local team as your business grows, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you will require agility to commence on a part-time basis and increase hours as new clients onboard and region scales up, self-motivation with demonstrated business development success, excellent relationship-building and communication skills, experience in the Aged Care sector (particularly Home Care) is advantageous, ability to work independently and remotely, knowledge of healthcare regulations is beneficial, and full working rights required.
