We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team of Aged Care professionals in Bendigo. A vibrant and modern larger sized facility with a long-standing management team.

What You’ll Bring
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Aged Care management
* Strong, supportive leadership skills with a hands-on approach
* Demonstrated ability to drive quality outcomes and nurture a positive team culture
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
* Flexibility to meet operational needs, including occasional shift support
* High levels of organization, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement
* Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
* Current National Police Clearance and NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)
