Your Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant qualifications in business or customer service, such as TAFE or VCE studies.
* Experience in a responsible customer support or administrative support role, preferably in children's services.
* Current Victorian driver's licence (not essential).
* Experience in a local government or community services environment (not essential).
* Recognised early childhood education and care (ECEC) qualifications (an advantage).
* Current first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma training certificates (preferred).
