About the Role:

In this role, you will provide safe and effective transportation to patients with various needs to medical appointments and back home. You will also have the opportunity to work in our event operations.

Your Responsibilities:

* Provide low acuity transport for patients with various needs to medical appointments and back home.
">
* Have an understanding of clinical guidelines, licensing requirements, and company policies and procedures.
">
* Deliver consistently high standards of customer service to our clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
">

* A minimum of HLTAID011 Provide First Aid or equivalent qualifications.
">
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
">
* A strong customer focus.
">
* The ability to complete ongoing dynamic risk assessments during daily duties.
">
* A valid Employment Working with Vulnerable Person's Check and Police Check obtained within six months of applying.
">
* Proof of full immunisation history required for Non-Emergency Patient Transport work.
">
* A current Australian driver's licence.
