Location: Doncaster (4 days office / 1 day WFH)
Contract: 12 months (strong potential for permanency)
Salary: $75 - $89 per hour + super ($120,000 -$140,000 FTE)

What You’ll Do
* Support the execution of the annual brand plan, including strategic objectives, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
* Design and execute direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns to drive awareness, education, and adoption.
* Develop patient-centric messaging and creative assets across digital, social, TV, print, and in-pharmacy channels.
* Implement HCP engagement strategies to drive recommendation and prescription.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
* Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to financial controls.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in brand/product management.
* Demonstrated success in marketing campaigns.
* Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external agencies.
* Experience with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
* Strong strategic thinking, customer centricity (Consumers & HCPs), and cross-functional leadership skills.
* While not essential, candidates with a retail/FMCG background are preferred.
