Join a long-established local family business specializing in the manufacture and retail of quality horse floats. We're looking for a friendly, motivated Reception / Sales & Administration Assistant to be part of our close-knit team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same — you'll greet customers in our showroom, handle phone and email enquiries, assist with quotes and orders, and support our sales and manufacturing teams with general admin tasks.
What we're looking for:
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Reconcile bank statements
* Process invoices, payments, and expenses
* Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding billing and accounts
* Maintain accurate records in MYOB
* Handle phone and email correspondence for sales inquiries
* Prepare Invoices and file documents.
* Well-developed organizational and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
