Job Overview
This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and integrity of products and processes.
* The primary responsibility is to execute microbiological and analytical testing, aligning with site standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Laboratory Operations:
* Conduct microbiological sampling according to the microbiology testing schedule and environmental sampling program.
* Perform day-to-day laboratory testing of finished goods, semi-finished goods, and materials.
* Conduct analytical testing of cleaning chemicals on-site.
* Collect finished goods samples from 3rd party warehouses.
* Maintain retention samples.
* Liaise with 3rd parties for document archival programs.
* Conduct GMP inspections on the production floor.
* Manage consumable inventory by conducting stock takes and purchasing orders.
* Calibrate and validate lab equipment (scales, autoclave, FOSS equipment, and other analytical equipment).
* Support the operations team in analytical testing.
* Responsible for daily hold and releases, liaising with the operations team for rework management.
Technical Laboratory Skills:
* Precision is crucial when conducting tests, managing samples, and maintaining documentation.
Team Collaboration:
* Work effectively with cross-functional teams, especially operations, to support testing and rework processes.
Data and Documentation Management:
* Maintain accurate records, manage retention samples, and liaise with third-party archival services.
