Delmonte is a new Italian restaurant and wine room opening within the King & Godfree building, on the corner of Lygon and Faraday Street, in the heart of Carlton.
The venue is part of a broader hospitality precinct, alongside Garfield Pizzeria, Johnny's Green Room and Pidapipo, bringing together multiple experiences within one location.
Delmonte is a high-volume, guest-focused restaurant with a strong wine offering and a flexible service style across lunch and dinner.
We are seeking experienced hospitality leaders to help deliver the opening and ongoing performance of the venue. This is an opportunity to join a structured, fast-paced environment with clear standards, strong leadership and long-term growth potential.
You'll be part of the opening leadership group, helping shape the venue, the service culture and the guest experience from the ground up.
Roles
* Venue Manager – leading the front‐of‐house operation and overall performance
* Restaurant Manager – driving daily service, team leadership and execution
* Bar Manager – overseeing bar operations, standards and team performance
* Sommeliers – delivering a premium wine experience and guest engagement
* Supervisors – hands‐on floor leaders setting the tone each service
