Conflux Technology is entering an exciting growth phase and have an opportunity for a Sales Optimisation Specialist to join their growing team!
About the Role This is a new and pivotal role at Conflux Technology responsible for developing and improving their end-to-end sales processes and administration, from lead generation to deal closure.
You will utilise their enterprise tools, Salesforce and Monday.com, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their workflows with a focus on analytics, reporting, automation, and AI.
This role will be the backbone of their sales operations and will manage the processes, systems, tools, and data, to help the team optimise sales productivity.
Key Responsibilities: Own and enhance the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.Ensure seamless collaboration across marketing, sales, and finance to align systems and processes.Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across sales workflows.Manage and assess commercial documentation, including NDAs, contracts, and statements of work, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Manage the use of Salesforce ensuring accuracy and compliance.Support the development of Salesforce, Monday.com, and other enterprise tools.Leverage automation and AI to improve sales forecasting, reporting, and efficiency.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics from our enterprise tools.Provide actionable insights that drive decision-making for sales leadership and commercial teams.Monitor key sales KPIs and identify trends that impact sales performance and conversion rates.This is a full time position with remuneration commensurate with your qualifications, skills and experience.
Some work outside of standard hours will be required on occasions due to the nature of additive manufacturing.

Key Skills and Experience 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Salesforce administrationExperience working with Salesforce, Monday.com, Power BI, Excel, and other analytics or project management toolsExperience in Salesforce automation, reporting, and workflow design, is highly desirableBachelor's degree in relevant fieldExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPassion for continuous improvement and innovation in sales processes and automationKnowledge of thermal technologies or additive manufacturing will be highly regardedAbout You They are seeking an experienced individual with a strong client focus who is able to hit the ground running.

Conflux operates on a 38-hour week Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times.
