About the role?
This role sits at the heart of our transformation work, supporting the PMO and a busy portfolio of projects that shape how we operate and deliver for our clients. As the PMO Analyst, you will provide coordination, governance and reporting support that helps project teams stay organised, compliant and on track. You will work closely with program and project managers, senior leaders and subject matter experts, offering structure, insight and clarity across all stages of delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, working with data, engaging with stakeholders and supporting teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.
* Prepare regular and ad hoc reporting on project status, performance and resource use, including papers for Executive Leadership and the Board
* Support resource planning by identifying constraints, assisting with onboarding and coordinating recruitment activity
* Provide guidance on project ways of working, including governance requirements, methodologies, tools and templates
* Act as a communication link between project teams, transformation leads, senior leaders and business stakeholders
* Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and ensure the PMO Policy and Framework remain current
* Support project audits and assist the Head of PMO with reviews
What will you bring?
You bring experience working across projects and a solid understanding of project management concepts and terminology, along with experience preparing reporting packs for senior leaders. You communicate clearly, work well with a wide range of stakeholders and bring strong attention to detail to everything you do. You enjoy structured work, can manage multiple pieces of activity at one time and use your initiative to keep things moving. You are comfortable working with data, confident with MS Office and experienced with Atlassian products including Jira. You build effective relationships, plan and organise your work systematically and contribute to improving the way teams operate. Relevant tertiary qualifications and project certifications will be valued.
