Job Description:
Connecting clients to markets is a vital part of our business. As a Client Management Team Lead, you will oversee the smooth operation of the department and ensure that clients receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all activities of the Client Management Team to ensure high-quality client service.
* Initiate proposals to improve internal processes and customer experiences.
* Conduct training on dealing with trade disputes and client complaints.
* Lead and maintain high team morale.
* Provide comprehensive support to clients and resolve enquiries.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year in FX/CFD industry with management experience.
* Experience in process management and customer service.
* Strong attention to detail and sound knowledge of products offered.
Preferred Qualifications:
* BS/BA Degree in Finance, Business Management/Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
* Approachable, flexible, dependable, and result-driven professional.
Working Environment:
* 4 days in office, 1 day remote.
