Morgan McKinley is excited to be partnering with a well-known NSW government department to recruit a Change Lead to play a key role within the Change Management Practice Team, designing and delivering how change is being delivered as a framework across the organisation as a whole.
**The Role**
Sitting across the Change Management Practice, as a Change Lead you will deliver end-to-end change activities activities. These will include:
- Delivering the Change Practice Strategy
- Focusing on uplifting change capability and maturity throughout the Change Practice as well as the organisation as a whole
- Improving change reporting
- Implementing a single view of change
- Focusing on Change leadership capability
- Rolling out and supporting practitioner tools
