This is a genuine consulting opportunity working with qualified inbound enquiries who are actively exploring Amazon as a long-term business.
The Opportunity
We're expanding our consulting team and are looking for Brand Consultants to join us on-site at Riva Offices in Robina.
You'll be having structured, professional conversations with pre-qualified prospects and guiding them through our Amazon business solutions. This role suits someone who enjoys consultative discussions, values process, and wants to be part of a growing, performance-driven team environment.
This position operates on an independent contractor basis, with full training, systems, and daily support provided.
Location
Riva Offices, Robina (Gold Coast)
This is an on-site role and requires attendance in the office.
What You'll Be Doing
* Speaking with pre-qualified inbound leads (Discovery → Zoom)
* Running structured Zoom consultations from the office
* Understanding client goals and recommending the right solution
* Maintaining accurate CRM notes and follow-up actions
* Working closely with the delivery team for smooth client handover
* Representing AMZ Product Launcher professionally and consistently
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication skills (phone and Zoom)
* A consultative, professional approach (not pushy sales)
* Confidence discussing investment-level programs
* Reliable, coachable, and consistent
* Comfortable working to activity and conversion benchmarks
* Sales, consulting, finance, or business coaching experience preferred
Amazon experience is helpful but not essential — full training is provided.
