About The Role
Our Project & Infrastructure Advisory (P&IA) team provides specialist advisory services across all project phases—from concept and assessment to funding/financing and delivery—for government and corporate clients in the infrastructure sector. The national P&IA team comprises approximately 100 specialists in financial and commercial advice, economics, strategy and planning, business case development, and project management. As the team continues to grow, we are looking for talented financial advisors to join our Adelaide office.
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced financial and commercial advisors for various levels:
* Senior Consultant
* Manager
* Senior Manager
* Director
In this role, you will lead teams working on feasibility, procurement, and other financial and commercial engagements for diverse infrastructure projects across Australia, serving both government and private-sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and developing project financial models for various assets and projects.
* Creating user-friendly interfaces for complex financial models to support negotiations.
* Conducting financial and commercial analyses aligned with client and project objectives.
* Delivering reports and presentations to stakeholders.
* Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams, including internal and external partners.
* Leading proposal development for new projects.
* Undertaking business development activities.
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
About You
Ideal experience includes:
* Experience in mergers/acquisitions, valuations, financial modeling, project or corporate finance, or related roles in banking, consulting, or government.
* Understanding of infrastructure/property sectors and government relationships.
* Ability to advise on legislation, policy, risk, contract structures, and project negotiations.
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams managing infrastructure projects.
* Experience in feasibility assessments and business case development that secure funding.
* Qualifications in finance, law, economics, engineering, or related fields.
